what’s for dinner // week of 4.13.26 – 4.19.26

alright friends, we’re here for another chaotic week of work, sports, evening work events, weekend work events, college stuff, and a very big birthday! oh and let us not forget the major house painting project i decided to kick off last weekend, which means we have temporarily welcomed a 10′ ladder, paint supplies, and chaos into our great room/dining room/foyer space. because of this project, grocery shopping + meal planning for the week got delayed a day or so.

ready for what we’re eating this week? here we go!

monday, 4.13.26: air fryer chicken sandwiches with spicy mayo / baked potatoes / salad

tuesday, 4.14.26: spaghetti with meat sauce (your most basic of basic dinner options!) / french bread / salad

wednesday, 4.15.26: dinner out for a chipotle fundraiser!

thursday, 4.16.26: crock pot italian sloppy joes / veggies + ranch / bbq chips

friday, 4.17.26: chicken parmesean / protein pasta / salad

saturday, 4.18.26: air fryer steak / baked potatoes / steamed broccoli + carrots

sunday, 4.19.26: noah’s birthday dinner out at sushi naper! (sushi naper has an all-you-can-eat sushi option on their menu, which means teen boys LOVE it.)

with both boys running right now, i’m really trying to keep these dinners protein + healthy carb focused, so they can have the right energy and fuel for their long days. plus, evenings are just crazy, so anything that’s relatively quick to make is also a golden selection too! enjoy your week everyone!
